I want to disable vanilla biomes to make an apocalyptic world with no trees or grass but i have no idea how to do this, i don't mind editing the code i just want to know how.
You can't do this without some custom code yet.
Just set biome weight VERY high... like 100 or 1000
I mean a custom abocalyptic biome
He asked for vanilla biomes which is not possible yet.
Yeah I know but I mean with a SUPER HUGE biome weight, The biome will be so big that we will no longer see Vanilla Biome
Maybe if we walk like 5000 blocks away
As I found, Biome Weight seems to be both size and rarity
OK, I see, this would be a way sort of.
I said i didn't mind editing code though
plus i want to get rid of rivers too
SquidkingInc: such complex things as removal of rivers is only possible by changing Minecraft world generator which requires programming and good understanding on how the Minecraft world generation works.
thats not exactly helpful
Making biomes with huge weight lags the entire world, also it will not completely block other biomes
