This is the official topic of Hodge-Podge III, the remake of the mod originally made by Eonaut.

Here you can suggest features, say your opinion, see what will be added in the next updates, etc.

Here is more info about the next update!

What have I added:

  • Granite, Andesite and Diorite Pillars
  • Murmwood, Murkwood Planks and Murkwood Leaves
  • Murkwoods: a biome in the wastes dimension where you can find the murkwood trees (obviously)
  • Zombie of the Soul Desert (name to change): a mob that spawns in the desert of soul sand in the wastes dimension. It has a custom model (it looks similarly to a husk but the parts of its body are a bit rotated, I will explain this better with another image)
  • Horizontal Glass Pane: not really much to explain here.
  • Silver Apple: gives no hunger points but instead completely fills the health bar and resets every potion effect
  • Now Wither Skeletons and the Wither drop Wither Bones

To be done:

  • Hunter Illager (name to change): a mob that spawns in a hut in the murkwoods and uses a bow. It can't despawn.
  • Hunter Villager's Hut: it can be found in the murkwoods. A Hunter Villager is here.
  • Colored Horizontal Glass Panes
  • A new type of stone for the Wonderland dimension
  • More mobs and stuff for the Hodge-Podge dimensions (especially the wonderland and the wasteland)

Things that might be in the next update (some of them are already added):

  • Werewolves: mobs that are pacific villagers during the day and evil wolves during the night. Would you rather kill an innocent villager during the day of fight a powerful monster during the night?
  • Dark Brewing Stand: can be crafted after going to the DarkWorld. It can be used to craft new types of potions using Obsidian Bottles.
  • Potion of Lava Traversing: makes you walk on the lava (similarly to frostwalker). A bit bugged right now because of how Java rounds up coordinates, but I will fix it soon...
  • I still have to think of other potions (right now I have only thought of debuffs XD)

Rly love the Werewolf idea. Maybe add a XP potion or a Bloody Potion xD

XP:gives you XP maybe instant.

Bloody Potion: you lose hp (0,05) Per potion tick

I don't think I will add the XP potion because there already is the bottle of enchanting.

In this update I will only add positive effect, but I might still add that later :)  Or maybe I could add something like vampirism...

Anyway, in the next update there will also be a block that when triggered with a redstone pulse will levitate a bit and then fall. Useful for elevators :)

And I might also add barrels for every wood
