Normal farming in minecraft is kinda boring and useless so I created this mod which makes the actual crops actually useful and adds more crops, foods and blocks.
Next Update: remade textures, composter will be fixed, 2 new mobs being added, more crops and of course more foods and utilities for vanilla and modded crops.

P.S: due to my unexpirience with modding I won't be able to add the 2 mobs, in compensation will add more things.

i made the terrible mistake of adding the composter in the early stage of this mod and now is a pain in the butt, now for every single food i add i have to update the (8) procedures for the composter, so instead of doing that i'm eleminating the composter for now and re-add it to the mod in later versions

Just like SirCookie said, you could try improving the textures of the crops (use more natural colors and shades rather than bright green)
