catman968, this idea is amazing but it will go in 1.2
Hammer and sickle: when you right-click, it will fire a ray that will burn enemies on touch (if the enemy has a potato, the ray will be useless). Moreover, it is very bright and burns undead mobs in a radius of 16 blocks
this is not useless but thanks for the idea
A stick pickaxe.
Add a bananna that whenever you hold it a monkey comes slaps you, then takes it from you
add a boomerang that always hits you for 5 hp whenever it returnes
OOOOOHHH Add A pokeball but when you throw it You Trap YOURSELF In It
I'm usually an idea factory, so here, I'll give you some ideas..
Dirt tools - Made with dirt, has 1/4 the durability of wood, and takes forever to break stone or even dig more dirt.
Anti-Watch - an item that looks like a clock, but right-clicking with it in your hand gives random quotes like
"What time is it?.. Uhhh... Time to get a new watch?"
"I dunno, like.. 3-ish?.. Maybe?.."
"Bro just go outside and look up."
"Daytime.. .. Maybe.. .. Probably.."
"It's about half past I don't care."
Mega Dirt - Surround a dirt block with diamonds to make mega dirt! It's literally just a dirt block, but with a custom name, and a rarity of "epic" when you pick it up. You could make it explosion-proof, so that at least it can't be griefed, to balance out how expensive it is to make.
Wand of summon dirt - I actually made this one. Just a wand that shoots a projectile that places a dirt block.
Nether Furnace - A furnace made from netherbrick, that burns so hot it completely vaporizes ore, and doesn't give you anything
from it.
Cooked Rotten Flesh - A furnace recipe for rotten flesh to cook it. It's practically black, It still tastes horrible, fills only a half a hunger, but hey, no more status effect!
Drows - A wood sword with really high durability, that deals negative damage. Craft like a wood sword, but
backwards.
Defective TnT - A TNT block that just doesn't light up or blow up. Crafted the same way as TNT, but with any other powder
instead of gunpowder, making different things.
Redstone Dust - The TNT block can power redstone
Glowstone Dust - The TNT block glows slightly
Sugar - The TNT block can be used like dirt/sand, and you can plant sugar cane on it.
Hamburger - 2 breads with a cooked Steak in between makes a hamburger! It fills the same amount of hunger bar
as a cooked steak, but now gives Slow II effect for 30 seconds.
Bad time Bone - A bone that when right clicked in your hand, disappears and summons 6 overpowered skeletons
around you. Has a 1% chance to drop from skeletons.
Creepy Pasta - A bowl of spahgetti that gives Darkness and Slowness II for 5 minutes when eaten, as well as playing
scary/creepy music, and summoning endermans sparsely around you. Crafted with 3 wheat, 3 bones, and 3 ender pearls.
Block of Greed - Crafted with a block of gold, diamond, emerald, iron, redstone, copper, coal, wood, and dirt.
Does absolutely nothing, and is just there to show off wealth. Cannot be uncrafted to its parts.
If you wanted to expand past useless "tools/materials"-----------------
Walter - Fake water, forms in little lakes around the area. You can't fill potion bottles with it, you can't fill cauldrons with it,
and it turns into dirt if lava touches it.
Lonely Zombie - A zombie that cannot hurt you, but also can never be killed, and has a huge sight range. So he'll just
follow you around forever unless you trap him or force him to despawn by getting far enough away from him.
Toy Biome - A biome where the grass is SUPER green and the trees are bright and vibrant, but the grass, and trees, are entirely made out of "fake" plastic blocks, that have absolutely no use. They can't be crafted into anything, they can't be smelted, they're
literally purely for decoration. They'd have a secret use of basically allowing you to have super-green grass in any biome, if you got enough of it, but all the grass/tree/leaf blocks have the material of wood/stone, so it never sounds right when you're walking over them, ruining the illusion.

The Totem Of Dying, If You are at max HP then it kills you
A Bucket of Upside Down. Right click on a blaze to get this. Right click on a cow/mooshroom and it will get levitation. if you right click on anything else, it will be named dinnerbone. If its a sheep, itl be named jeb.
M.A.R.R.I.L.A. It would make your mod amazing.You craft her, and place her down. shed make gliTchY noizes and if theres pink concrete nere here, it would transform into the block of eternal screaming.
Narrator: when neer M.A.R.R.I.L.A(She would have to be and entity for this), he will charge at her. When she gets hit, narrator will fly away. :)

Whiffer: Sniffer's cousin. Gets a good whiff of ya then tells tiny Jens how good you smell.
Tiny Jens: Rides on the Whiffers back. Fetches you a cup of coffee if you smell good.
Coffee: Summons a duck after coffee has been drunk.
Duck: Quacks And taunts you for drincking coffee.
Tuesday: Spawns on tuesdays. Spins in cricles until it despawns.
Dude. Allay that flys around and steals cookies.
Copper Golem: Golem that pushes your buttons(It annoyes you).
Glare: Scowls in the dark(Thats pretty uselus)
Iceologer: Throws ice cubes at itself.
Rascal: Hides behind buttons and gives you junk when you find it.
Tough Golem: Pick Pockets you and runs off showing off his loot(Tough, not tuff).
Cook Book: Gives you a recipe on how to craft dirt.
Headphones: Makes all the noices in the game SUPER LOAD!!!
Ultra TNT: Spawns in a dirt block when ignited.
Perfume: Makes ya smell nicer so you can get a cup of cofwe.
Compressed dirt: Strong dirt. 9 Dirt to make.
Compressed Compressed dirt: Stronger dirt. 9 Compressed Dirt to make.
Compressed Compressed Compressed dirt: Strongest dirt. 9 Compressed Compressed Dirt to make.
Compressed Compressed Compressed Compressed dirt: Blows up when placed. 9 Compressed Compressed Compressed Dirt to make.
Licorice: Does nothing.
