First Craft Bread to Breadcrumps, then surround some cooked porkchop with breadcrumps and finally you have your tasty Schnitzel (Or use Porkchop and Cook your Raw Schnitzel).
Try and Craft the Schnitzel Sword by Upgrading your (Netherite) Sword.
Try also the new Schnitzel Furnace (Use Coal Piece for fuel and insert Porkchop and Breadcrumbs and wait). There is no Progress-bar in the Schnitzel Furnace, just wait like 10s!
