Autumn's Charms is a sweet and simple mod that adds two new autumn biomes and the rare Maple wood type. This mod was developed with quality over quantity in mind, aiming to enhance gameplay and building as much as possible with just a few additions.
The Autumn and Aspen Forests both come with their own color of leaves for the player to build with, but they do not generate Maple trees. Instead, the player must find Maple Saplings as loot. Maple saplings can mainly be found in stumps that generate in Autumn Forests, but can also come from wandering traders. Maple trees aren't just for decoration; they can be tapped with a Tree Tap and a cauldron to get Maple Syrup.
Maple Syrup can be used to make pancakes, which can be placed and eaten like cake. Syrup is also used for Maple Bars. Both of these foods give the player a short burst of Regeneration when eaten. The process of finding Maple Saplings and farming Maple Syrup is intended to be a small but unique challenge that is worthwhile for players to engage with.

- The Autumn Forest biome has Autumn Oak Leaves, Autumn Oak Sapling, and the Forest Stump structure

- The Tree Tap is used to fill a Cauldron with Maple Syrup. Maple Syrup must be harvested using a Glass Jug
