Radiant Shrubland: This desolate wasteland biome is marked by acid lakes, mossy rocks, and shrubland ruins scattered across a harsh, cracked terrain of coarse dirt, sand, sandy dirt, and brown jasper. The shrubland ruins appear in three distinct forms—torches, gestures, and sanctums—and they are a rare find in desert biomes. The biome’s vegetation includes acacia bushes, huge radiant mushrooms, and red cacti. Desert temples emerge amid the ruins, accompanied by ruined nether portals. Husks and other common hostile creatures spawn here.
Mind Forest: What's this? A crimson forest? Nope! It's a Mind Forest! The Mind Forest is an otherworldly biome teeming with mind trees, moth hives, and leading hives. The forest floor is layered with overgrown jasper, brown jasper, and red jasper. Nexus roots twist through the terrain, mingling with towering mind trees and scattered patches of red cacti. Floating spore particles, reminiscent of those found in crimson forests, drift through the air. Ruined nether portals can generate here.
Mind Jungle: A denser variation of the mind forest, featuring mind jungle trees.
Leading Hive: Deep within the mind forests and mind jungles, you can find a Leading Hive. At its core lies a large nexus blob, its natural essence corrupted by the influence of a sinister larva. Soul moths flutter through the hive, spawned by a spawner. 3 Visitors, entities drawn to the blob’s energy, wander within. The hive contains a massive amount of nexus acid that inflicts the wither effect and sets entities on fire. This acid can be picked up with a bucket.
Sinister Larva: Once you reach the large blob and attempt to attack the larva, it will summon 4 nexus eyes and 2 soul moths. The eyes will begin attacking the blob, so you must defeat them all to protect it. Once all the eyes are defeated, the larva's bossbar appears, and it begins attacking nearby players. The larva drops 40 XP, 20-30 Power Blob and a Nexium Upgrade Template. If you fail to protect the blob, you're in for a surprise :)
Nexium:
Deep within the Overworld, the rare Nexium Ore lies hidden underground, generating in stone between levels 1 and 13 and in deepslate from -60 to 1. When mined, it drops Nexium, a powerful material that can also be found in overgrown castles. When you right click on the large blob without the larva while holding a Power Blob and a Nexium in your off-hand it will give you a Nexium Ingot (1.20.1), Dead Nexium Ingot (1.19.2).
Players can craft Nexium Ingots using a Dead Nexium Ingot and a Nexium Upgrade Template—essential for enhancing Netherite Armor and Tools in version 1.19.2 and 1.18.2. In 1.20.1, once you get a Nexium Ingot and a Nexium Upgrade Template you can upgrade netherite ro nexium in a smithing table.
Nexium tools surpass Netherite in efficiency, durability, greater enchantability, and faster attack speeds. Like netherite, these tools are immune to lava and fire. Similarly, Nexium Armor is a step above Netherite, offering superior toughness, increased durability and enchantability.
Nexium Upgrade (1.18.2)
Nexium Upgrade (1.20.1)
Peskies spawn at night near the Large Nexus Blob. Occasionally, one may drop a rare Nexus Egg, which hatches in less than 4 minutes.
Once hatched, a Murk boss appears. When defeated, the Murk drops a Murk Nebula, a key material used to craft a Cloudmaker.
The Cloudmaker is crafted using a Murk Nebula and 8 Polished Siniter Stone. By placing a Molten Blob Block on top, it generates three types of clouds: Nexus, Golden, and Candy. The cloud type is chosen randomly, and any clouds formed will begin to disappear after five minutes. They can be broken more quickly with a hoe.
Among the generated clouds, Nexus Clouds occasionally contain Murk Clouds, which serve as ingredients for brewing Blindness Potions. Nexus Clouds, on the other hand, can be used to brew Home Potions, allowing teleportation to your spawn point.
Candy Clouds, when broken without Silk Touch, drop Cloud Candy, which restores 4 hunger points and 0.5 saturation when eaten. Golden Clouds, when broken without Silk Touch drop 1-3 Gold Nuggets.
Icy Nexus Fortress:
This structure generates in Snowy Plains, Snowy Taigas, Ice Spikes and always contains one Icy Nexus Blob. It is guarded by 2 Visitors.
Also, you can find a chest here with some decent loot.
The Icy Nexus Blob lets Infectors and Sinister Blizzards to spawn in the Overworld at night. Mobs spawned by Nexus Blobs drop Power Blobs upon death. If you want to disable the spawning of these mobs, then simply kill the Nexus Blob.
When you right click on it while holding a Power Blob and a Snowball in your main and off-hand, then it will give you a Frozen Blob.
Deceiver Watchtower:
This structure generates in Snowy Slopes, Frozen Peaks, Groves, and Jagged Peaks. It is inhabited by a "villager".
The Deceiver drops a Nexus Amulet upon its death. You can use the amulet to craft a new block, the Nexus Altar. The altar can be used to summon new allies, including Tanglers!
Overgrown Castle:
This structure generates in Forests, Birch Forests, Radiant Shrublands, Sparse Jungles, Swamps and Mangrove Swamps, always containing one Overgrown Nexus Blob protected by a shield. To interact with it, you must disable the shield using a Radiant Key. The structure is guarded by 3 Visitors and 4 Radiant Sentries.
The Overgrown Nexus Blob lets Radiant Beasts and Piranhas to spawn in the Overworld. If you want to disable the spawning of them, then simply kill the Nexus Blob.
Right-clicking on it while holding a Power Blob in your main hand and Vines in your off-hand will grant you an Entangled Blob.
Inferno Bastion:
A new type of bastion that was used to store lava and something else: A Nexus Blob! This structure is found in the Nether in all of the biomes except basalt deltas.
The Molten Nexus Blob lets Piglin Warlocks to spawn. If you want to disable the spawning of them, then simply kill the Nexus Blob. Right-clicking on it while holding a Power Blob in your main hand and Blaze Powder in your off-hand will grant you an Molten Blob.
Sinister Stone: Sinister Stone blocks generate naturally within new structures. Players can craft Sinister Stone using a Blob—any type of Blob—and eight Stone. This material comes in polished, brick, and chiseled variations. Additionally, Sinister Stone Bricks have a glowing variant that is unbreakable. These bricks emit light and, most importantly, sustain Nexus Blobs.
Red & Brown Jasper: Jasper blocks generate naturally in the new biomes, available in polished, brick, and chiseled variations. Brown Jasper has an Overgrown variant that appears in Mind Forests and Mind Jungles, requiring Silk Touch to collect. Radiant Brown Jasper generates in Radiant Shrublands near Nexus Acid—when ignited, it transforms Fire into Poison Fire. This green fire inflicts the Poison effect while setting entities on fire. It remains unaffected by rain.
Mind Wood: The Mind Log is a crucial component of Mind Trees, forming the foundation of their structure. Logs can be crafted into Mind Planks and Mind Wood. Additionally, it can be stripped. Mind Jelly, a partly transparent block is the mind tree's leaves. You can obtain a Mind Sapling by right-clicking on a Large Nexus Blob while holding a Power Blob in your main hand and an Oak Sapling in your off-hand.
Mind Jungle Wood: Mind Jungle Trees generate in Mind Jungles. You can obtain a Mind Jungle Sapling by right-clicking on a Large Nexus Blob while holding a Power Blob in your main hand and an Jungle Sapling in your off-hand.
Radiant Wood: Huge Radiant Mushrooms generate naturally in Radiant Shrublands, composed of Radiant Fungus Blocks and Radiant Stems. The stems can be crafted into Radiant Planks and Radiant Hyphae and can also be stripped. Radiant Fungus cannot be obtained by breaking the fungus blocks—it can only be acquired by defeating Radiant Beasts.
Nexus: A Nexus is crafted using 4 Power Blobs and a piece of Rotten Flesh. When struck with a sword, it transforms into a Dripping Nexus, a crucial element for summoning Tanglers and Wreckeds at a Nexus Altar.
Blob Blocks: Can be used as decoration or for storing Blobs.
