Im adding 1.16 support after I am happy with Upgrade Inferno. Upgrade Inferno if you don’t know is going to be my version of a nether overhaul for 1.16 and above. I am planning on updating all my mods to 1.16 I just need to wait until dimensions and mobs are added to Crispy_Chips1234 and Goldorions fabric plugin. I hope 1.16.2 is released soon since it will change dimensions and biomes so the fabric plugin could add them. Also in the description of Cavecraft: Cave Update I will add a link to the fabric plugin once I add 1.16 support. Also blockbench doesn’t support 1.16 yet sadly.
I am working on Cavecraft: Cave Update 1.15 soon I will remove the 1.12.2 file I might dup the workspace so 1.12 could have some features. Also here is something to know 1.12 doesn't support global variables which is how the trading system I will add works. Also 1.15 has way more modding options. I will use the 1.12 plugin.
I can’t update for at least a few hours. I am going to re texture everything to make the blocks look way better. This time I should be able to fix the textures and I will add lots of new blocks and I will add stalactites and stalagmites. I will add horizontal stalactites and more. Once I am done I will update
I haven't finished yet. I am redoing every texture again and existing worlds will need to load new areas since once I update there will be stalagmites and stalactites. Last time it didn't work and caused my game to crash for the first time in a few months. Also I am adding different variants of andesite and cobble so it will be possible to detail using the blocks. Also I am planning on making the bricks I will add have multiple textures which I figured out how to do using multiple blocks and procedures.
I will develop a 1.12 version which will be Cavecraft: Cave Update legacy continued. It will share the forum probably since its going to basically be the same mod just 1.12. Also once 2020.4 mcreator comes out I will try making a technology mod for the first time and I don't understand how technology mods like buildcraft work so I hope it turns out okay..
I am just adding the stalagmites and then I will make the models then add the structures and test run without optifine to see if it works properly. Also I make the structures on a separate minecraft instance with all my mods I work on plus optifine and use the tool kit mod since it improves structure blocks. Also until I update I won't spend time commenting
I am almost done with the first two stone types: limestone and marble. Next I will do heatstone ,coldstone, aquastone, frozen stone, slate and then I will add the following: jasper (it will be like stone but the color of granite so it will be easier to detail builds made from granite), glowing stone and cracked bedrock. Also first I am speedrunning minecraft for the first time and I have been trying to get to the dragon for a few days. I just haven't beaten minecraft since 2016 since the dragon battle was boring and the dragon always yeets my character of the island so I am doing a challenge also I mined a lot and can easily tell minecraft needs a cave update almost as much as an end update.
I watched a tutorial about 10 times and couldn't figure it out. So I most likely won't finish the plugin since Mcreator won't load the plugin I know mine was wrong since the fabric plugin works
