Mod dosent work when i run my client! (mcreator 2023.4)

Hello,

I have had the dream of making a mod for a while now and I've recently learn some rudimentary code skills. I spent a whole day planning my mod and started making blocks, I have a total of 7 blocks and I decided to run client to use my blocks, and when I loaded the client there was nothing. I couldn't /give myself the blocks I couldn't load them in the creative inventory and I have no idea why. I tried reloading mcreator I also tried making sure I had the mod there in the mods button but still no luck! can someone help me?

Any help would be appreciated. i really need it! :)
