Black Flash

This mod adds a new combat mechanic - Black Flash.
Now with some chance you can hit with black flash. Mobs can also use black flash (configurable).

New gamerules: blackFlashChance, canMobsBlackFlash, onlyVisualBlackFlash, blackFlashDebugMode, blackFlashKnockbackHorizontal, blackFlashHitDamage, blackFlashMultihit
