FESTIVECRAFT v0.1.0
It's almost that time of year again, and to celebrate, may I introduce you to the first version of Festivecraft, which adds a bunch of new foods, blocks, and items to prepare your minecraft world for the festive season.
I HAVE DECIDED TO BACK DATE TO MCREATOR 1.5.1 SO I CAN ACTUALLY TEST THE MOD. IF ALL GOES WELL, v0.2.0 SHOULD BE OUT IN WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS!
BLOCKS:
Festive Oak: Decorate your houses with this Festive Oak. Can also function as Christmas Lights!
Ores: This mod adds two new ores. Festive Ore and Christmas Ore. Festive Ore is primarily used to make the new blocks and items whereas Christmas Ore is mainly used to make some Christmas food.
Presents: Another decorative block is a present and they come in four different colours. They may be used for other things in upcoming versions!
PLANTS:
(From left to right)
Ginger Plant: This plant can only be created from bone meal and ginger root which can only be found in mineshaft chests. You can use ginger roots to make some gingerbread.
Strawberry Plant: Drops three strawberries (currently can't be replanted) and are used as food to can be used to make other foods.
Ivy: A decorative Christmas plant
Star: Another decorative "plant" which can be used on top of a Christmas Tree.
FOOD:
(From top left to bottom right)
Gingerbread: Make from ground ginger, heals 2.5 hunger points
Ground Ginger: Used to make gingerbread or can be eaten on its own, heals 1 hunger point
Candy Cane: One of the symbols of Christmas, the Candy Cane heals 1 hunger point
Strawberry: Drops from strawberry plants. Heals 0.5 hunger points
Cream: Made from three milk, is used to make several other Christmas foods and heals 1.5 hunger points
Trifle: Another popular Christmas food. Made from cream and strawberries. Heals 5 hunger points
Christmas Pudding: Made from cream, strawberry, and lots and lots of cocoa beans. Heals 4 hunger points
Eggnog: A popular Christmas drink, made from cream, sugar and eggs. Heals 1.5 hunger points and gives you nausea.
