I have made a model and I imported it with the textures and the mtl files. But whatever I do the block has no textures not even black and pink texture just black. Can someone help me please?

Hey, I'm using 2022.3 and I'm having the exact same issue as is being described. I checked the knowledge base and found this article, but nothing in the article has worked, nor has this other one I found. Is there something else I should be looking for?
My texture is not a black/purple checkerboard, it's just a solid black sheet. It's got custom dimensions, making it 14 pixels long, 10 pixels wide, and 1 pixel tall. What do I do?
