Simple mod. One you upgrade, you don't need a furnace. For example, you can blast cook sand into glass, and you can smoke chorus fruit into popped chorus. Terracotta, cactus, sea pickle, smooth stone, charcoal, sponge, brick, quartz, cracked stone bricks, cracked polished blackstone bricks, deepslate, cracked deepslate bricks, cracked deepslate tiles etc...
