Time blocks

This mod adds time-changing blocks - night block and day block. When you click on the day block, GUI shows up. There is text "day block" on this GUI. There is also a button "Make day!". When you click on it the day block disapears and it becomes daytime. Night block works similar, but it makes night instead of day. There are also infinite night block and infinite day block. They works similar to normal, but they don't disapear.
