number variabl not working Help

ive create a procedure that breaks random blocks around the entity, using the number variable that IS SUPPOSE to have a random number that the procedure uses the pick the cord. but for some reason it doesnt change and just picks the lowest random number EG: it just does 0. i need help understanding why this simply code is diffuclt for me for no reason at all. https://imgur.com/a/DnxI62J.
