Ocean's Helm

This Mod adds a new helmet called the Crown of the sea. this piece of armor gives the player the conduit power effect,. It acts as an upgraded turtle shell so I made it some-what expensive requiring diamonds, prismarine and most challenging a heart of the sea. This mod dose not add any new biomes or mobs so I recommend installing some other under water related mods. This is my first mod so i do hope you enjoy exploring the deep blue depths. I do intend on creating and publishing more mods in the near future. 

NOTE: I am aware that it will not appear in a mod pack or on the mod list. I don't know why this is happening but I will try to get it to appear. The Mod is still playable and works as intended.
