This short and sweet mod will add a new effect called "Kaioken" (inspired from the popular anime Dragonball Z/Dragonball Super). Enabling the effect will grant you strength but will also chip away at your health overtime. This allows for unique and more strategic PvP or PvE in-game. A great addition for modded PvP servers. By default, the keybind is set to 'Z'.
