  • In the "Call of The Underworld: Awakening" update(1.3):

Demons:
- 1 new Demonic Boss - Underworld Guardian:
  - Can be awakened by using the Horrifying Soul on the Underworld Guardian's Core in new specific structure in Nether;
  - Has 700 hp, 30 attack damage and 13 armor;
  - Has one active ability - "Ground Shake": The Underworld Guardian slams the ground, dealing damage to every entity in large area and causing an explosion underneath himself;
  - Has one passive ability - "Demonic Creature": every hit to Guardian sets the attacker in fire, no matter the way attack was provided;
  - Sets nearby targets in fear in large area as well;
  - Drops 913 xp and the Infernal Core that can be used to activate the portal to The Underworld(the function is disabled for now, keep the Infernal Core for later!);
- General:
  - Updated AI of all Demons;
  - Villagers and Illagers are now targeted by all Demons;

- Eternal Devourer:
  - Added passive ability: increases the chance of extracting the soul up to 33%. The ability disables if the default chances are set to 33% or higher via config file;
- Dark Crown:
  - Added passive ability: doesn't let the souls to escape the bearer while the Dark Crown is equipped;
  - Decreased the amount of time the Dark Crown can be equipped before the curse is applied;
- Soul Catcher:
  - Added key button to release the soul from the Soul Catcher(the soul adds to the inventory). Default - [O];
- Updated textures of all Soul-Cursed swords;
Advancements:
- 5 new advancements:
  - Demon of Knowledge - Find all missing pages and complete the Midnight Necronomicon;
  - A Bitter Truth - Destroy the Netherite Sword during the ritual of the Cursed Altar;
  - Feed the Darkness - Feed the Cursed Altar with souls;
  - Wraith King - Equip the Dark Crown and the Eternal Devourer at the same time;
  - The Guardian Falls Apart - Defeat the Underworld Guardian;

Greetings, mortals! This is the 2nd, and, probably, the last part of the infernally big "Call of The Underworld" update! Behold and be terrified!

Demons:
- 1 new regular demon - Soulseeker:
  - Has 70 health, 4 armor, 9 attack damage, 0.5 attack knockback and resistance.
  - Sets nearby entities in fear, regenerates in Horror Valley.
  - Drops 13 xp, can drop Souls, Dark Souls, Horrifying Soul.
  - Spawns in Overworld, Nether and Underworld(Horror Valley).
  - Has 1 passive ability - "Soulstealer": attacks of this demon steal 1 soul from the target's inventory. The priority is Dragon>Horrifying>Dark>Soul.
Does not steal souls from the Soul Cages and Soul Catchers.
- Fiend:
  - Added passive regeneration when in Horror Valley biome(0.5 health/second).
  - The spawn sound is now playing only when the Dark Soul is escaping the player.
- Underworld Horror:
  - Added passive regeneration when in Horror Valley biome(0.5 health/second).
  - Is now immune to wither and potions.
  - Updated idle animation.
  - Updated demon texture.
- Necromancer:
  - Decreased damage due to Necromancer's Staff balance changes.
  - Updated loot table.
- Underworld Guardian:
  - Increased shockwave damage of the Ground Shake ability.
The Underworld:
- 2 new biomes: Necromancer Forest and Horror Valley.
- Added new tree type - cursed tree, which fill the Necromancer Forest biome.
- Magma Cubes now spawn in Underworld Wastelands.

- 2 new structures:
  - Floating Island:
    - Have 4 types.
    - Generates in the sky of Underworld Wastelands in The Underworld.
    - Contains the Infernal Demonic Ore placed somewhere in the structure.
  - Crimson Tower:

    - Generates in Horror Valley and Underworld Wastelands in The Underworld.
    - Consists of 6 floors and a roof.

  - Cursed Mango:
    - Gives Fearlessness for 45 seconds, but sets the consumer on fire for 1 second upon eating.

    - Can be created by upgrading the Cursed Mango via ritual on the Cursed Altar.

  - Demonic Delicacy(Taste the Demonic Mango).
  - Demonic Impudence(Let the Soulseeker steal a Dragon or Horrifying Soul from you).
Other:
- Since this update Forge 1.18.2 is on partial support.
It means that this version is going to receive only small patches, excluding major content updates.
This update's content is excluded as well.
The 1.3.4 version for 1.18.2 is in development and will include fixes and small improvements from this update.
- Removed /enterunderworld command.
- All types of Demonic Ore can now be smelted in the Blast Furnace.
- Fixed demons dropping xp twice.
- Fixed a bug when the game fails to spawn Necromancer, causing a game crash.
And some other changes, improvements and fixes.

  • In 1.4.1 update(1.19.2+):

- Changed Infernal Core durability to 13.
- Added missing Necronomicon Pages to Necromancer's loot table.
- Fixed Necromancer dropping too many items.

- Increased Cursed Mango drop chance to 9%.

- Reduced cooldown of the Necromancer's Staff.
- Fixed Necronomicon Page(Underworld Structures, page 2) removing wrong Necronomicon Page(Other rituals, page 2) upon using.

- Removed The Underworld due to partial end of support for Minecraft 1.18.2.

Demons:
- 1 new regular demon - Reaper:
 - Haunts the humans, spawns only when Totem of Undying is triggered or when the human took damage and has 5 or less hp left.
 - Some parameters of this demon's spawn procedures can be configured, more details below.
 - Has 100 health, 4 armor, 13 attack damage.
 - Drop: 26 xp, Dark Soul.
- Skeleton King:
 - Now casts the "Champion's Subordinates" ability 10 seconds after spawn.
 - Improved the procedure of space-checking before spawning.
- Underworld Guardian:
 - Now casts the "Ground Shake" ability 10 seconds after spawn.

Demons:
- 1 new full moon demon - Imitator:
  - Has 60 health, 4 armor, 8 attack damage.
  - Imitates sounds of 13 Minecraft mobs, chooses the mob to imitate upon spawning. In future may also evolve to imitate sounds of mobs from other mods.
  - List of mobs this demon can imitate: find it out yourself.
  - Drop: 13 xp, 1 Dark Essence(100%).
- General:
  - All demons are now immune to Fear.
  - Regular demons now gain Strength lvl 2 and Resistance lvl 1 during the full moon nights.
- Dark Wolf:
  - Slightly decreased spawn rate and density.
  - Decreased attack damage from 8 to 6.
- Soul Weaver:
  - Slightly decreased spawn density.
- Reaper:
  - Decreased attack damage from 11 to 9.
  - Now applies Wither lvl 2 for ~5-6 seconds on attack, affects only human beings(Reaper's Scythe passive ability).
- Skeleton King:
  - Improved ability "Immortal Power"(2nd ability):
   - Skeleton King now casts it 10 seconds after his health went below 300. 
   - Cooldown of ability now starts the moment Skeleton King's health went below 300.
   - Decreased cooldown.
  - Now gains Resistance lvl 5 while spawning.
  - Updated Eternal Devourer model.
- Underworld Guardian:
  - Now gains Resistance lvl 5 while spawning.
Structures:
- 1 new structure - Demonic Forge:
 - Can be found in The Underworld, Underworld Wastelands biome.

   - 3rd stage(50-300 health) - "Withering Horror" and "Heart of the Underworld" abilities.
 - Has passive Fear aura as well.
- Dark Wolf:
 - Decreased minimum light level required for spawn from 9 to 7.
- Fallen King:
 - Added missing spawn restrictions(Thanks Zhyrux).
- Hanged Man:
 - Updated all animations.

- 24 new Cursed tools: Netherite and Demonic Pickaxes, Axes, Shovels and Hoes cursed with all possible types of souls.
- 4 new Broken tools: Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Hoe. Can be obtained the same way as Broken Sword(by performing nonexistent ritual with Netherite tool).
- Dark Crown:
 - No longer prevents souls from escaping the wearer's inventory.
 - No longer curses the wearer.
 - Increased durability.
 - Changed enchantability.
- Increased Demonic Armor enchantability from 9 to 17.
- Changed amount of Souls needed to create Soul-Cursed tools from 13 to 9.
