Better Nether
These are the strongest tools in the game (unless you have other mods) and strongest armor. Obsidian shards can be found in ore and can be dropped from wither zombies and other mobs. You can craft these tools and armor by using the vanilla crafting recipe using obsidian shards, and for tools you would replace sticks with blaze rods and sometimes ender pearls.
New Obsidian shard armor + tools
Obsidian Shard ore, Diamond Netherrack, TNT Ore, and Nether trees (nether trees aren't spawning correctly, I am working on fixing this right now)
There are plenty of new ores and blocks that come with this mod
This is currently only available in creative mode. It is supposed to spawn in the nether and I am working on a fix for this
Quicksand
This takes TNT for ammo, it can be crafted with 3 obsidian sting, 2 sticks, and 1 TNT. (Get obsidian string by smelting obsidian)

This mod basically makes the nether better, as it says in the title. There are currently a few bugs that I am working on fixing, This is my first mod and I really wanted to release it. This mod took me a few days to make and I plan on making a lot of updates and also a new Better End mod. I really enjoyed creating this mod and I hope to create more in the near future.
