Cavecraft: Cave Update is a Minecraft 1.16.4 mod that exists to update caves and other parts of Minecraft. Cavecraft: Cave Update.
New Mobs and Bosses:
Cavemen: the villagers of the caves. As of 1.5 they have professions and have cave villages and guards.

- NorthWestTrees Gaming for the trading system tutorial without the tutorial the trading update wouldn't be here since I don't understand gui procedures. I figured a way out myself. less random but it still works in 1.5+
- Al114 suggested some ideas and they made it in the mod such as the mushrooms. Some of the ideas are still being added.
-Ocey suggested heated iron which arrived in 1.5.

Confirmed Updates:
- v 1.6 the world update. Will add a lot of content to Cavecraft cave update
- v 1.7 will add stone types for every biome hopefully or new caves per biome. either one or both

cavecraft 1.4 pre release:
- Cyclops boss spawns in a custom island in jungles for now.
- Cyclops eye and block: Don't function properly yet.
- Karakains are now slightly more common to spawn in raiding parties.

Caveroot plants spawn on flat worlds for some reason. (Fixed and is no longer an issue.

a beta build for v 1.5 that adds more blocks, stalactites that generate and 5ish cave biomes
Cavecraft 1.5 pre 2:
- Adds more cave biomes
- rebalanced cave village generation (now they arent everywhere and are somewhat rare)
- added poison caves biome
- cave biomes now can generate up to y 80 if there are caves that high up
- Added 4 new weapon types: halberd, dagger, sickles, and clubs.
- Heated irons now useful
Also everything from the old version will be added to 1.15 except for the buggy generation in the next update. Also the next update will also retexture everything.
Also retexturing every block is very annoying to do so I hope everyone will appreciate me taking the time to retexture everything and also add 9 varients of stalactites. I will even add horizontal spikes.

Also since the mod is already at 93 as of writing this I will try my best to release a new update every time the mod hits a milestone ( like reaching a certain amount of downloads or getting motw even though it probably won't get motw)
I need to update soon... I wish that custom models would make themselves since making models is pretty time consuming since I will be making 9 per block... But good news I am going to finish the models before a week has passed then add more stone types more models and more fungi and I will be almost done the update 1.4
I am going to be working on all my mods a lot for a few days to a few weeks. This is because the mod improves caves yet stalactites aren’t finished yet. Also I will probably try adding cave exclusive mobs and way more underground features. Including cave wood so it will truly be possible to live in caves along with way better cave villages and more caveman professions. Lastly I will add very rare but large ore veins.
Also I will add wood underground so it will truly be possible to live underground without ever going to the surface :)
